Progress Coaching

Progress Coaching defines success as the extent to which you experience continual forward progress in all areas of your life.

Progress Coaching asks:

Where are you moving Full Speed Ahead?

Where are you steady, but ready for more?

Where are you slow? Where are you stuck?

 

Where are you drifting, if not sideways, but backwards, a boat ‘beaten back against the current,’ as F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote in the novel The Great Gatsby?

And, what is it costing you to be drifting, slow, or not moving Full Speed Ahead in all areas of your life? What is it costing you today, what will it cost you in 6 months, in the next year, or in 3 years? Progress Coaching asks you to measure your continual forward progress in all 10 domains or areas of your life. It relies on a system of 9 criteria that characterize continual forward progress. It then works with you to focus on the domain or combination of domains that have the least forward progress, the domains that bring you the most pain and frustration.

And it gives you a path forward to turn even those areas that seem the least powerful into successes. Progress Coaching does not measure your success by where you are starting from. It measures success by your momentum forward from wherever you are.
