Phase 1 Progress Coaching

12 weekly sessions

In the first 3 sessions we will focus on developing a deep understanding of:

  1. The man or woman you are;

  2. How you function in the world; and

  3. The key goals you want to achieve.

Your Phase 1 Coaching will then continue through a full quarter, focusing on one key life domain, and two sub-domains.

All sessions will identify commitments to action that will move you forward towards achieving your goals, and will review your progress in completing your commitments from the prior session.
